All items offered for sale at www.ezclick.bg have warranty according to the current legislation and each manufacturer's commercial policy. The items are new (excluding the items which are explicitly marked as “Refurbished”), in their original packaging, and are distributed by suppliers authorized by the manufacturer.
All customers receive an invoice for their purchase. The invoice is the customer’s warranty document and it’s specified in the left down corner of the invoice. The warranty period is specified by the manufacturer and begins on the day on which the purchase is made considered as of the date of issuing the invoice and is valid for a minimum period of 1 year. A problem covered by the warranty can only be considered after presenting the invoice with a cash receipt attached to it.
If the product has a warranty card issued directly by the manufacturer, the Customer will find it in the product box.
